ACT 2: Nivalis Pre-orders

Pre-order items are dispatched once new stock arrives. Orders will be fulfilled in two batches.

Batch 1: Orders allocated to our current stock on hand will be dispatched first. (Orders will be shipped out immediately after the closing date 12/09).
Batch 2: If total pre-orders exceed our available stock after the pre-order closing date (12/09), a second production batch will be placed. This batch may take up to 2 months to arrive due to production and shipping timelines.

Orders are fulfilled strictly in the order they are received. If your order is allocated to the second batch, we will notify you by email and keep you updated throughout the production process.
