Shipping & Return Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed.
For Australian orders, we aim to dispatch the same day if ordered before 12 pm (AEDT). Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the following business day.
We offer two shipping options:
- Australia Post Express: Next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). For regional areas, delivery may take 2 to 5 business days.
- Australia Post Standard (Parcel): Delivery times vary depending on your location and external factors, usually between 2 to 10 business days.
International Orders: Estimated delivery times vary by region:
Australia: 6 to 12 days
Canada: 6 to 15 days
USA: 6 to 15 days
UK: 4 to 10 days
EU: 6 to 20 days
Rest of World: Check estimated times at checkout.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your items within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact.us@auroradivinia.com with your order number.
Failed Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability, please note the following:
- Re-delivery Attempts: We will coordinate with our couriers for re-delivery, subject to their policies.
- Additional Fees: If the failed delivery is due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address), additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
- Please report any missing packages within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation.
- Aurora Divinia is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery to the correct address. We encourage you to use a secure delivery address.
Use of Shipping and Tracking Services
- We partner with Australia Post for domestic and international shipping.
- Tracking links will be sent to your email once your order has shipped, allowing you to follow its journey
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions:
Change of Mind
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Returns are only accepted in the form of store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that are soiled or damaged will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items, sample items, or items bought using a discount code during promotions.
- Socks (cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, regardless of whether they are unopened).
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or stains (including makeup or pet hair).
Exchange Requests
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Email us at contact.us@auroradivinia.com before the order is shipped.
- Exchanges are not available once the order has been shipped.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please report defects or wrong items immediately upon receipt at contact.us@auroradivinia.com.
- We will assess and resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Rights Under Australian Law
- Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or don’t match the description.
- This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You can read more about your rights here.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If your product is defective, please email contact.us@auroradivinia.com with details and photos within 7 days of receipt.
- For faulty items, we will provide a refund or replacement, and you will be refunded for the original shipping cost.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns will not include the original shipping cost, and only store credit will be issued.
