ORDERS & SHIPPING

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order summary. We will process your order within 1 to 3 business days, and once shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Please note: We strive to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of placement; however, this may vary depending on order volumes at the time. If we're unable to fulfill your order, we’ll notify you via email. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched during peak sale periods.

You'll receive an email titled "Your Order is on the Way" once your order has shipped, containing a tracking link that you can use to view the current status and location of your package.

For Australian Orders, we offer two shipping options:

  • Australia Post Express: Next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). For regional areas, delivery may take 2 to 5 business days.

  • Australia Post Standard (Parcel): Delivery times vary depending on your location and external factors, usually between 2 to 10 business days.

For International Orders, estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Canada: 6 to 15 days
  • USA: 6 to 15 days
  • UK: 4 to 10 days
  • EU: 6 to 20 days
  • Rest of World: Check estimated times at checkout.

Missing Items from My Order

We apologize for any inconvenience if something is missing from your order. Don’t worry—this could be because we've shipped only part of your order, and the remaining items will arrive a few days later.

Check if Your Order Will Arrive in Separate Shipments
You can verify if your order is being shipped in separate packages by referring to your shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way."

This situation may arise due to stock availability, where some items must be sent from different warehouses. If this happens, you will receive another email titled “Some items in your order are on the way,” providing additional information, and the remaining items will arrive shortly afterwards.

Checked Your Order but Still Missing an Item?
We're truly sorry about that!

The missing item(s) may have been out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill certain items in your order, we will send you an email regarding this—be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well!

If you’ve confirmed that your order is accurate but still find an item missing, and we haven't notified you about any out-of-stock items, please contact us so we can investigate the issue for you.

Please note: All claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us at contact.us@auroradivinia.com.

Received the Wrong Item

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, or if your order is damaged in any way, please reach out to us with the following information so we can resolve the issue:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you received (if it’s the wrong item)

Please note: All claims for incorrect orders must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.us@auroradivinia.com. We can accommodate changes to your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Generally, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within 14 business days, please check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email for updates. If your order is lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact.us@auroradivinia.com. We will initiate an enquiry to help locate your parcel and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Please note: Aurora Divinia is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, or for issuing refunds or replacements in such cases. Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners, the responsibility for the package lies with the carrier.

What is Customs Duty?
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, a charge known as "Customs Duty" may be imposed by the local customs authority in the destination country.

If Customs Duty is applicable in your territory, you will be responsible for paying it to the relevant authorities. The requirement for Customs Duty and the amount due depend on the specific regulations of your country.

Typically, the amount of Customs Duty payable is calculated based on the value of the goods and their classification type.

What if I don't pay the Customs Duty?
If you choose not to pay the Customs Duty, we will need to confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned to Aurora Divinia before we can process a refund for your order. Please note that in some cases, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're uncertain about whether you will incur customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Aurora Divinia.

If an item isn’t quite right for you, you can return it for a store credit (with no expiration date) or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (due to a manufacturing defect), we will happily exchange it or issue a refund to your original payment method.

All returns must be received by us within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original packaging (with tags attached) and must be unused and in saleable condition unless they were damaged before reaching you.

Please note:
Non-Returnable Items - Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items, sample items, or items bought using a discount code during promotions.
  • Socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, regardless of whether they are unopened.
  • Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or stains (including makeup or pet hair).

FREE Returns Process:

  1. Enter your order number and postcode.
  2. Indicate the reason for your return.
  3. Receive a FREE return label via email.
  4. Take your package to your local post office or red post office box.

It’s that simple!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused! If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact.us@auroradivinia.com. We will assess the issue and provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If your product is defective, please email contact.us@auroradivinia.com with details and photos within 7 days of receipt.

For faulty items, we will provide a refund or replacement, and you will be refunded for the original shipping cost.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will not include the original shipping cost, and only store credit (with no expiration date) will be issued.

Yes! If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact.us@auroradivinia.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist you.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

If you accidentally returned a non-Aurora Divinia item, please contact us at contact.us@auroradivinia.com as soon as possible.

You can reach out to us with the following information, and we'll investigate your return:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The order number associated with your return (e.g., #AA 123 456 789 AU)
  • The date you returned the item
  • A description of the item you’ve returned (please include any photos of the item)

Once we receive the information from you, we will initiate an investigation and do our utmost to help retrieve your item. While we will always strive to assist you, we cannot guarantee a resolution.

Please note: Any items accidentally or incorrectly returned to us that are not Aurora Divinia products will be the sender's responsibility, not Aurora Divinia’s.

Our ACT 1.0 Hoodies are available in two signature colours: Meteor Grey and Divine Black. For the ACT 1.5 T-Shirts, you can choose from Charcoal Grey, Arctic Blue, and Ivory Cream.

We're always exploring new colourways for upcoming drops — follow us on social media and join our email list to be the first to know about future releases!

We want your pieces to last you as long as possible. To keep them looking their best, here are a few care tips to keep in mind:

  • Cold wash only
  • Wash inside out
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • Use mild detergent to avoid damaging the fabric or color
  • Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding or fading
  • Bleach or fabric softener is not reccomended
  • Iron on low heat if necessary, but DO NOT iron directly on prints
  • Always follow care instructions on your garment

We are committed to sustainability and strive to use eco-friendly materials and practices wherever possible.

We restock popular pieces based on demand — but some releases are exclusive to their ACT and may not return.

PAYMENTS

We offer a wide range of payment options, including major Credit Cards, PayPal, and other secure methods. You can view all available options at the bottom of our website.

  • If the amount charged looks different, it could be due to currency conversion or additional bank fees.
  • If you're shopping from outside Australia, there’s a small chance your bank might apply an International Banking fee (not by Aurora Divinia). These charges, usually around 2-3%, are added when your bank is based in a country where we don’t operate. While most banks process international orders without extra fees, it's always a good idea to double-check with your bank!
  • Please review your statement, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout to receive your discount. Keep an eye on our website for seasonal promotions and sales!

Having trouble using your discount code at checkout? Here are a few troubleshooting tips:

  1. Is your code still valid? Some discount codes have expiry dates, so double-check where you got the code from to ensure it's still active when you're trying to check out.
  2. Do you have sale items in your basket? Discount codes typically aren't applicable during sales, so save your code for your next order!
  3. Are you entering the code correctly? Remember that codes may be case-sensitive, so make sure you're using the correct uppercase or lowercase letters.
  4. Is that a '0' or an 'O'? This can be tricky! Check your code carefully for the correct use of letters and numbers.

6. General

  • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
  • Colour and size selection is subject to availability at the time of claim.
  • Aurora Divinia reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

When you hear AURORA, you might think of the Northern/Southern Lights — their beauty and amazement.

Auroras are formed by storms, where particles collide with oxygen and nitrogen, triggering chemical reactions that produce the mesmerising lights you see. We believe everyone has this AURORA within them, and like a storm, they need a spark to shine. We aim to be that spark by helping people elevate beyond their limits.

DIVINIA is a Latin word meaning 'Divine' or 'Everlasting'.
