Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded.

This summary is here to make things clear and easy. It doesn't replace the full terms below — if there's ever a difference, the full terms apply.

• Who can enter: Anyone aged 18 or older, worldwide, where the law allows.
• When: 22 August 2026, 1:00 PM to 12 September 2026, 11:59 PM (AEST/AEDT).
• How to enter: Every AU$1 of the final purchase price (after discounts) you spend on products at auroradivinia.com during the Promotion Period earns 1 entry. The more you spend, the more entries you get.
• The prize: One winner. If they live in Australia, they receive three (3) BTS Melbourne concert tickets. If they live outside Australia, they receive the equivalent of AU$500 (AUD) in their local currency (converted at a market rate we select).
• The draw: One winner, chosen at random within 7 days of the promotion closing.
• Good to know: Orders must remain valid until the winner is drawn — refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders won't receive giveaway entries. For Australian winners, cash is paid if the tickets can't be provided.

Clause / 01 — Who's running this

This promotion (the "Promotion") is run by Aurora Divinia ("Aurora Divinia", "we", "our", "us"). By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Clause / 02 — When it runs

The Promotion opens at 22 August 2026, 1:00 PM and closes at 12 September 2026, 11:59 PM (AEST/AEDT) (the "Promotion Period").

Only entries received during the Promotion Period qualify. Orders placed before it opens or after it closes do not earn entries, regardless of when they ship. Our server clock is the official timekeeper.

Clause / 03 — Who can enter

This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Entry is open worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law — you are responsible for ensuring entry and acceptance of the prize is lawful where you live.

What you can receive depends on where you live (see Clause 8): the concert tickets are available only to winners who reside in Australia, and winners who reside outside Australia receive the AU$500 cash prize.

We may ask you to prove your age, identity and place of residence (including with government-issued photo ID) before we hand over any prize. Our team, contractors, and their immediate families can't enter.

Clause / 04 — How to enter

Entry is by purchase. Every AU$1 you spend earns 1 entry — there's no minimum spend, and entries add up across multiple orders. All products available for purchase on auroradivinia.com during the Promotion Period qualify for entries unless we expressly say otherwise.

No separate entry form is needed — entries are calculated automatically from your order, and are allocated after successful payment has been received, the order has been accepted by Aurora Divinia, and the purchase remains valid under these Terms & Conditions.

Clause / 05 — How entries are counted

Entries are based on the actual amount you pay for products, after any discounts.

Entries are earned only on the final value of products purchased from auroradivinia.com during the Promotion Period. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards and charitable donations do not earn entries.

Pricing errors. Entries are calculated on the genuine amount paid. We may exclude any entries generated through pricing errors, system errors, or obvious mistakes (for example, an item accidentally listed at $1 instead of $100).

Clause / 06 — Refunds, exchanges and chargebacks

Entries are provisional when you order, and only become final if the order is still valid — not cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back or otherwise invalidated — at the moment the winner is drawn.

We may check all orders before the draw. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any entry, purchase, payment method, identity or eligibility of any entrant at any time, before or after the draw. If an order is cancelled, fully or partly refunded, exchanged for something of lower value that results in a refund, charged back, disputed, reversed by the payment provider, or found to be fraudulent, the related entries are reduced or removed to match the final amount actually paid and kept by Aurora Divinia.

If a prize has already been awarded and we later find the winning entry came from an ineligible, refunded, charged-back or fraudulent order, we may (to the extent the law allows) revoke the prize, declare the winner ineligible, and redraw. Our assessment of how many valid entries someone holds is final.

Clause / 07 — Fair play

To keep this fair for everyone, we may disqualify any entrant — and void their entries — who:

• creates fraudulent orders, or uses stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
• submits false information, or uses bots or automated systems;
• creates multiple accounts, email addresses or identities to get around these terms; or
• games the system through unusual purchasing behaviour — such as repeated purchases followed by refunds, or bulk buying done purely to generate entries — or any activity we reasonably believe undermines the integrity of the Promotion.

Any prize awarded through this kind of conduct may be cancelled.

Orders suspected of resale. Aurora Divinia reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where we reasonably believe purchases have been made primarily for resale, commercial distribution, or to manipulate giveaway entries.

Clause / 08 — The prize

There is one (1) winner. What the winner receives depends on where they live. Both prize options can't be claimed — the winner receives one prize, as set out below.

If the winner resides in Australia. The winner receives three (3) official Ticketmaster tickets to a BTS Melbourne concert date chosen by Aurora Divinia (the "Ticket Prize") — approximate total value AU$500. This is the only prize for Australian winners; there is no cash alternative by choice. As a failsafe only, if the tickets can't be provided, transferred or used for any reason (see Clauses 9, 10 and 15), the winner instead receives AU$500 (AUD) (the "Cash Prize") by electronic bank transfer to an Australian bank account they nominate, in full and final satisfaction of the prize.

If the winner resides outside Australia. The winner receives the Cash Prize only — the equivalent of AU$500 (AUD) paid in the winner's local currency, converted at a market exchange rate selected by Aurora Divinia at or around the time of payment — by electronic bank transfer. The Ticket Prize is not available to winners outside Australia. The winner must have a valid bank account able to receive the payment and is responsible for providing correct account details; Aurora Divinia is not liable for payments made to incorrect details provided by the winner. Any bank fees, currency conversion costs or taxes are the winner's responsibility.

General. The prize must be taken as stated. No compensation is payable if a winner can't use the prize as stated, and the winner is responsible for any costs not expressly covered here. Any images of the prize in our advertising are indicative only, and this Promotion is not an endorsement of any third party or its products. No substitution is made except as set out in these Terms, or unless we reasonably decide one is necessary.

Clause / 09 — Getting your tickets (Australian winners)

If an Australian winner takes the tickets:

• they'll be official Ticketmaster tickets, transferred electronically via Ticketmaster Transfer to the winner's Ticketmaster account where that's available;
• the winner must respond within 48 hours, give a valid email linked to their Ticketmaster account, and provide anything reasonably needed for the transfer.

Ticketmaster may not switch on transfers until close to the event. If that happens, we'll transfer the tickets as soon as the feature becomes available, and keep the winner posted on timing.

If Ticketmaster Transfer isn't available or supported, the original ticket purchaser will arrange accompanied entry with the winner on the day, subject to the venue's and ticketing provider's rules.

We're not responsible for: Ticketmaster's release or transfer timing; wrong account details from the winner; the winner not having a valid Ticketmaster account; the winner breaching Ticketmaster's terms; the venue or organiser refusing entry; or anything else beyond our reasonable control that stops the transfer or entry. If, despite reasonable efforts, the tickets can't be transferred or used, our only obligation is to pay the AU$500 cash in full and final satisfaction of the prize.

Clause / 10 — Ticket risk and third-party terms

The tickets are issued and controlled by third parties (Ticketmaster, the event promoter, the venue) and are subject to their terms — including limits on transfer, transfer timing, resale, or using tickets in promotions. We're not a party to those terms and can't control them.

By entering and by accepting the tickets, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:

• the tickets may be restricted or non-transferable until shortly before the event, and we can't override that;
• the tickets may be cancelled, invalidated or refused entry by the provider, organiser or venue for reasons outside our control, including if they treat use as a prize as a breach of their own terms;
• we make no guarantee the tickets can be transferred, accepted or used, in any particular way or at all;
• the winner is responsible for following all ticketing, venue and event terms; and
• if the tickets are cancelled, restricted, unusable or can't lawfully be provided, the winner's sole and exclusive remedy is the AU$500 cash, accepted in full and final satisfaction, with no further claim of any kind.

To the maximum extent the law allows, the winner releases us from any liability arising from a third party cancelling, restricting or not transferring the tickets.

Clause / 11 — Travel and extra costs

The prize is only the tickets or the cash. Everything else — flights, accommodation, transport, meals, and any personal expenses — is the winner's responsibility.

Clause / 12 — Choosing the winner

The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, within 7 days of the Promotion closing, using a computer-based random selection process. The draw is conducted by Aurora Divinia in Victoria, Australia, and we keep a record of the draw. Subject to these terms, our decision is final.

Clause / 13 — Contacting the winner

We'll contact the winner using the email on their order, and they have 48 hours to respond. We may ask them to verify their identity, age and place of residence first. If they can't be reached, don't reply within 48 hours, fail verification, decline, or turn out to be ineligible, we may forfeit that entry and redraw where the law allows.

Clause / 14 — If the prize isn't claimed

Any redraw follows the same contact-and-verify process, and may take place on 20 September 2026 or as soon as practicable after.

Clause / 15 — Changes to the concert or tickets

We're not the event organiser and don't control the concert. We're not responsible for cancellation, postponement, venue or artist changes, rescheduling, changes to Ticketmaster's terms, or anything beyond our reasonable control.

If the concert is cancelled or rescheduled, or the tickets become unavailable or can't lawfully be provided, we may — where the law allows — provide the AU$500 cash or another prize of equal or greater value instead. No further compensation (including travel or accommodation) is payable.

Clause / 16 — Product availability and pre-orders

Aurora Divinia will initially fulfil orders from available inventory. Once initial inventory has sold out, remaining orders will automatically become pre-orders and will be fulfilled in the next production batch.

Orders are fulfilled strictly in the order they are received. Customers who place orders earlier are more likely to receive products from the initial inventory, while later orders may be fulfilled from the second production batch as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you accept that delivery will take longer, manufacturing schedules may change, and shipping estimates are approximate. We'll keep you updated through production.

Clause / 17 — Shipping

Shipping estimates are given in good faith. We're not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, freight providers, customs, weather, industrial action, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Aurora Divinia is not responsible for temporary website outages, payment gateway interruptions, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect ordering during the Promotion Period.

Clause / 18 — Prize conditions and tax

The prize isn't transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where the winner receives the cash payment under these Terms (as the failsafe for Australian winners, or as the prize for winners outside Australia), or the law requires otherwise. The prize must be taken as offered. If the winner receives the cash, any tax on it is their responsibility — we don't give financial or tax advice.

Clause / 19 — Winner announcements and publicity

Unless prohibited by law, Aurora Divinia may publish the winner's first name, the first letter of their surname, and their state or country of residence to announce the result. We'll only use a winner's photo, likeness or further details in marketing with their separate prior consent. Beyond verifying eligibility and delivering the prize, taking part in publicity isn't a condition of winning.

Clause / 20 — Privacy

Information collected for this Promotion is used to run it, verify entries and eligibility, contact and announce the winner, deliver the prize, and — where you've given consent — send marketing. We handle it under our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. To access or correct your information, contact contact.us@auroradivinia.com.

Clause / 21 — Social media platforms

This Promotion isn't sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform (including Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok) it may appear on. You provide your information to Aurora Divinia, not to the platform, and release each platform from any liability connected to this Promotion.

Clause / 22 — No affiliation and trademarks

This Promotion is run independently by Aurora Divinia. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with BTS, HYBE, BigHit Music, ADOR, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, the concert promoter, the venue, or any of their affiliates.

Any reference to BTS, HYBE, BigHit Music, Ticketmaster or other third-party brands is solely to accurately describe the prize and does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, approval or affiliation. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Clause / 23 — Things outside our control (force majeure)

We're not liable for any failure or delay in running the Promotion or delivering the prize caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, strikes or industrial action, government restrictions, transport interruptions, supplier or manufacturer delays, war, terrorism, fire, flood, or internet and telecommunications outages.

Clause / 24 — Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aurora Divinia (and its officers, employees, contractors and agents) isn't liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or cost — direct or indirect — arising from this Promotion, the entry process, technical or website issues, lost entries, incorrect information, or the acceptance, use or inability to use the prize.

Nothing here excludes any consumer guarantee or right that can't lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, ours is limited (at our option) to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply. By entering, you release and, to the extent the law allows, indemnify us against any claim arising from your participation or breach of these terms.

Clause / 25 — Changes to this Promotion

We may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion, or amend these terms, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or where the law allows, subject to any regulator's directions. We'll act fairly and lawfully. If a technical issue materially affects the Promotion, we may extend the Promotion Period or redraw the prize where reasonably necessary to ensure fairness, subject to applicable law. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Clause / 26 — These terms come first

If anything in our advertising, social media or other promotional material differs from these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

Clause / 27 — Entire agreement

These Terms & Conditions are the entire agreement between Aurora Divinia and each entrant about this Promotion. Any interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be made by Aurora Divinia acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

Clause / 28 — Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
